Our production

We from now built our own warehouse for storage of finished products with a total area of 1700 sq. m. This means that we can store stocks of finished raw materials and send them to you as soon as you need them.

Warehousing

The enrichment process begins with a receiving hopper, in which the ore is crushed. Further, the raw kaolin moves along the conveyor to the main workshop to special units, where, mixing with water, it is separated into pebbles, quartz sand and kaolin suspension.

EQUIPMENT

Filter presses of the Italian company MATEC at our enterprise are used to separate kaolinite from water by passing the pulp under high pressure through a special filter cloth. The resulting cakes of enriched kaolin are transported through a conveyor into the drying drum.

FILTER PRESS EQUIPMENT

One of the important stages of raw material faolin processing is drying. For this purpose specially developed drying drums are used, the drying temperature in which is 400-500 °C. Here, the moisture is removed from the kaolin and then it goes to the finished product warehouse.

Drying

The kaolin suspension goes to filter presses, where excess moisture is removed under pressure. In our work, we use modern equipment from well-known manufacturers, the fleet of which is constantly updated.
